Aiding Resources funds local initiatives that help to improve the living conditions, nutrition, health and education standards particularly of women and children. What makes us unique is that all money for the projects goes directly to the local project managers. The managers report back to us on the outcome of the project and they specify how the money was spent.

Who are the people behind Aiding Resources?

All of the people working on the Aiding Resources Committee do so on a voluntary basis.

Gabrielle Doyle
Chairperson and Director has been involved with Aiding Resources from the very beginning. She is an Information Specialist in a Dublin Hospital.
Dymphna McGovern
Director of Aiding Resources and Committee member. She is a retired school teacher. Dymphna has been involved with Aiding Resources since its foundation.
Antoinette King
Director and Secretary of Aiding Resources and has been there from its beginning. She works as a senior secretary in an Insurance Broking office in Dublin.
Marie Murphy
Treasurer and also Committee member. Marie is a Pharmaceutical Assistant.
Blathnaid Carmody
Committee Member. Blathnaid is a Psychotherapist.
Elizabeth Donnelly
Committee Member. Elizabeth is a Guidance Counsellor.
Marie Flynn
Committee Member. Marie works in Human Resources.
